How long will my order take before dispatching?
We will always aim to produce your order as soon as possible. Please refer to our lead time page for up to date turnaround times. Larger wedding orders for example may need the full 2 weeks to complete, where as an order of 1 item may only take a day or so.
What delivery options do I have?
Depending on the weight of the order, your shipping options will be as followed;
Free Delivery or £1.65 - Less than 100g - Royal Mail First Class
Free Delivery or £1.65 - More than 100g - Royal Mail Second Class
£2.90 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Standard Delivery (Tracked Service)
Express - Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri Next Working Day (Tracked Service)
In the result of a postal strike - alternative couriers will be used.
I would like a custom order. What do I do?
We love designing and making things unique and especially for you, so just contact us via our email or contact form and we'll be in touch. There are no design fees, but prices will be relative to the work required.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Unfortunately once an order leaves us, it is in the hands of the courier. Please expect some delays on busier periods (ie: Christmas). If your order exceeds the delivery time frame set by the courier (Royal Mail - 10 working days and EVRI 7 working days) - then please get in touch and we will investigate. If the item is time sensitive - we will replace as quickly as we can. If you have some flexibility - please allow us time to work with the courier to locate your order. We will never let you down, but appreciate your patience if required.
I want to return my item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised or custom orders.
For generic orders, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the order and return to us within 14 working days. Items must be returned in the original condition. You are responsible for postage costs. Once the item has been received back with us, a refund will be processed once the quality is checked.
